Desde ent\u00e3o, uma verdadeira batalha vem sendo travada por cientistas, profissionais da sa\u00fade, jornalistas e poderes governamentais de todas as esferas e n\u00edveis no sentido de se produzir respostas concretas para o enfrentamento da pandemia. \u00c9 neste contexto que o acesso \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o de qualidade, tanto por parte de cidad\u00e3os quanto de governantes, torna-se fundamental e imprescind\u00edvel. Enquanto gestores e administradores p\u00fablicos precisam ter acesso \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es e dados p\u00fablicos para que possam tomar melhores decis\u00f5es, os cidad\u00e3os carecem da mesma necessidade para se preservarem, agirem com seguran\u00e7a e responsabilidade.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">A obra est\u00e1 estruturada em duas partes que se complementam, tanto quanto aos temas como em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos problemas de pesquisa que se det\u00eam.
