Above methods, the teachingphilosophy or approach is a work vision combined to a sense of learning contents that matter in teh language we are teaching or going to teach. Its role is to guide the teacher’s work featurning it in the quality gained by its nature. Two great approaches, offen acknowledge nowadays, are the GEAMMAR or formal / systemic / structural and the COMMUNICATIVE or interactive / constructive, the second is the one that has gathered more the attention in teaching and applied research. The book “Communicative Dimensions in Language Teaching” was written aiming to display it as an option to guide language teachers’ and learners’ actions.
